Shipping Policies and Procedures

FREE Ground Shipping and Handling on orders over $89 where we are not an affiliate*. If we are an affiliate only of a product we do not manage the costs of shipping or the shipping circumstances. If we do not list the cost of shipping in regard to a product, please contact us or refer to the manufacturer of the product in order to find out more. Free shipping over $89 is available only within the *Continental U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

NOTE: Orders in which all items are in stock ship the same day if placed before 2 PM PST (Monday - Friday). Your order will not ship until your payment has been confirmed.

Special Order / Gift Items: As an additional service to our customers and to help you find the right products for all of your needs, we are pleased to offer special order / Gift items. These items are not necessarily not in stock and are only ordered when requested by a customer. Also, since we only order these products when they are requested, additional time is needed for processing and shipping. Special order / Gift items are not eligible for expedited shipping and are shipped via our standard shipping option and usually ship to the customer within 7-14 business days.

    Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (PST), delivery would be between Thursday and Monday

UPS 3 Day Select
  • 3 business days
    Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (PST), delivery would be on Thursday
  • Available in select areas
  • Monday - Friday delivery

USPS Priority Mail
  • 2 business days
    Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (PST), delivery would be on Wednesday
  • Monday - Saturday delivery

UPS 2nd Day Air
  • 2 business days
    Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (PST), delivery would be on Wednesday
  • Monday - Friday delivery

UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • 1 business day
    Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (PST), delivery would be on Tuesday before 3 PM in major metropolitan areas
  • Monday - Friday delivery

UPS Next Day
  • 1 business day, before 10 AM
    Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (PST), delivery would be on Tuesday before 10 AM in major metropolitan areas
  • Monday - Friday delivery

Note: Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

 

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
